We, HKK Bionics GmbH, are a multi-award-winning MedTech start-up from Ulm. With the exomotion® hand one, we have developed the first motorized hand orthosis of its kind, which allows completely paralyzed hands to grasp again. We are looking for a full-time Technical Support Field Service (m/f/d) for the Western Germany location as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

• Technical support in the production of our orthoses at existing and new supply partners on site
• Close monitoring of trial fittings
• Clarification and processing of technically and anatomically challenging queries
• Training new customers to become supply partners

Requirements for you

• Completed training as an orthopaedic technician
• Several years of professional experience, ideally with a focus on orthotic fittings
• Sales / service experience in the OT / medical devices sector desirable
• Very good contact and communication skills
• High willingness to travel
• Class B driver’s license
• Place of residence in the sales area
