We, HKK Bionics GmbH, are a multi-award-winning medtech startup based in Ulm. With the exomotion® hand one, we have developed the first motorized hand orthosis of its kind, enabling people with completely paralyzed hands to grasp objects again. We are looking for a full-time Production Technician – Quality, Support & Equipment (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible, beginning in October 2026.

Your Responsibilities

• Conducting, maintaining, and further developing incoming and outgoing goods inspections, including checklists and related quality management processes
• Assisting with repairs and support cases, including technical diagnosis, troubleshooting, and documentation
• Managing, maintaining, and servicing operational, measuring, and testing equipment, including independently designing simple operational equipment and production aids

Requirements for you

• A completed technical degree or comparable technical qualification (e.g., mechatronics, mechanical engineering), including basic CAD skills
• Understanding of electronics: ESD-compliant work practices, basic soldering skills
• A structured and meticulous approach to work
• Willingness to reliably follow defined processes and contribute your own ideas for optimization
